Wednesday- No wieghts

Leg Curls- 115x5x10

Lunges- 45x 100 yards

Hill Runs x6 ( OMG FUCKIN BITCH OF A HILL)

Friday-ARMS

Big Bar Curls- 45x15, 75x5x6

Hammer Curls- 25x2x10

Dips- 0x15, 25x10, 35x10, 0x15

Skulls- 75x5x8

Push Downs/Cable Curls superset- stack to failure x1

Speed Work out

Sat- OFF
SUN- JOG 5
