Hill Runs x6 ( OMG FUCKIN BITCH OF A HILL)
Friday-ARMS

Dips- 0x15, 25x10, 35x10, 0x15
Skulls- 75x5x8
Push Downs/Cable Curls superset- stack to failure x1
Speed Work out
Sat- OFF
