    today was an off day so i did 32min. of cardio

    today was okay i did back,biceps,and forearms heres what i did

    Back-deadlifts 3x8w/110lbs could of gone heavier but i needed to get the feel of it first
    bent-over rows 3x10 60lbs
    latpulldowns 3x10 around 80lbs

    Biceps-bb curls 3x8 50lbs
    hammercurls 3x10 20lbs
    concentration curls 3x10,8,5 with 25,30,35lbs

    Forearms-wristcurls-3x10 with 20lbs
    rev wrist curls 3x10 with 20lbs
    hammer wrist curls 3x10 with 20lbs

    today was ok it was leg day so heres what i did
    squats-warmup 60lbs 10reps then 3x8 120lbs
    leg extensions 3x10 w/6-lbs
    calfraises(standing) 3x10 w/60lbs
    that is it for today

    today i did chest,triceps,shoulders,and abs
    chest:incline press 1 warmup w/50lbs then 3x10 w/80lbs
    incline flies 3x8 w/20lbs
    decline press 1warmup w/50lbs then 3x8 w/90lbs
    decline flies 3x8 w/20lbs
    Triceps:skullcrushers 1warmup w/40lbs then 3x10 w/46lbs
    triceps pushdowns 3x10 w/40lbs
    Shoulders:military press 3x10 w/50lbs
    Abs:knee raises 3x8
    oblique knee raises 3x8
    decline crunches 3x10 w/25lbs
    side bends 3x10 w/40lbs
