Meal 1: Myoplex, Sugar smacks, 1 cup milk
Meal 2: 4 cookies, 3oz. hamburger w/2 slices of cheese.
Meal 3: 3oz. of tuna in oil
Meal 4: 6oz. hamburger w/2 slice cheese, 1 cup OJ
Meal 5: rapid recovery drink
Meal 6: 4 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 cup grits, half and engilsh muffin.
