    today 10/3/05
    shoulders,triceps-monday

    shoulders-clean and press 3x6 w/70lbs
    front raises 2x6 w/10lbs 1 set and 20lbs 2nd set
    lateral raises 2x6 w/10lbs 1st set and 20lbs 2nd set
    bentover lateral raises 2x6 w/10lbs

    triceps-skullcrushers 3x6 w/50 lbs 1st set and 0lbs the other 2 sets
    tricep pushdowns 2x6 w/50lbs

    no cardio today bc the damn neighbor kid broke my treadmill

    today 10-4-05 tuesday-back,biceps
    back-deadlifts 3x6 w/150lbs
    bentover rows 2x6 w/90 1st set,100 2nd set
    lat-pulldown 2x6 w/901st set then 100 2nd set

    Biceps-bb curls 2x6 w/70lbs
    preacher curls 2x6 w/50lbs
    incline hammer curls 2x6 w/20lbs
    concentration curls 1x6 w/20bs

    TREADMILL STILL NOT WORKING!!

    chest-benchpress 3x6 w/130lbs
    decline press 3x6 w/100lbs
    dips 3x6 w/bodyweight
    incline press 3x6 w/100lbs

    abs-crunches
    decline crunches
    side bends
    leg raises

    treadmill still not working guess i'll run outside until its fixed
