    IMWS926's updated journal

    Diet:

    Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Toast,
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, Chips, Diet soda
Dinner: Pasta, Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Green beans, Chicken,

    Workout:
    Monday: Abdominals. 150 sit ups
    Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: Arms. 30 curls with 25 pound weights
    Thursday: Cardio. Running
Friday Legs. 30 thing where i put a 2 hand bar over my head and sqaut
    Saturday: Abdominals. 130 sit ups
    Sunday: rest

Though everyday I usually do sit ups because that's alot harder then gaining mass in arms and legs. Arms and legs are easy.

I drink about 3-4 half liter bottles of water a day.

I'll get a pic of me.
