Week 2 of my journey seems to be going very well I must say.
I've have successfully BP 65lbs, including the bar and i feel real BUMPED.
I just got to be the biggest one at my HS gym. Everyone comes to me for advice, I just love it.
Routine for the reminder of the week:
DB Press: 2 sets, 4 reps (25lbs)
Incline DB Press: 1 set, 3 reps (10lbs)
Seated Press Machine: whatever I think I can push up, if my arms arent sore by then.
That should how me good until next week.
I eat a hand full of nuts, oatmeal cookies and whatever my mother cooks me for lunch and dinner. Also take a dosage of creatine to advice my recovery.
