Starting a journel
I am going to start a journal monday. I know I will get unbiosed opions from you all I will also get my starting pics up on Sunday. Do I need to record workout and diet to get help? I really want a six pack. That would be the long term goal. Never came close before. I have been raised on farm my whole life eating totally unhealty. Worked out alot in school but never ate right. Then in the Marines I was in shape but never did strength workouts. After that ate alot of big macs and became some what of an alcoholic. Now married with two kids I got my life on track. Being lifting off and on for two years diet somewhat healthy (cheat alot more than I need too). I am really looking forward to everyones expertise and critism. Hope it motivates me to get to the next level.
