    Getting back

So i have been a lame ass for about the last month not really doing anything...but work, sleep and eat. I've lost just about everything i've gained in the last year or so Its June 25th and now i have decided its time to get my ass in gear and get back the fire i lost about a month ago. Light cardio in the morning before work 3 days a week. Lifting after work 3 days a week.

My Training now is going to be more based on fitness than bodybuilding, I started the real world in a year so that means if i want to be successful in my career i must be in shape not just strong and big.

So my current goals for the start of school (9-5-2006) are:

Run 5 Miles in 40 minutes, bench my bodywieght 15 times, 15 pullups, squat 315 for sets of 15, become more flexible, eat healthly all the time not just in sperts, cut back in the drinking, drink more water, not give into peer pressure, and get my convidence back. The last is the most important to me.

To start I am goin to be very strict on my diet, around 2800 cals a day. Than when i loose the amount of wieght i want to around 25 lbs i will go to maintance.

I slipped, I fell and now im picking my ass up and getting back to it.

    Later guys

Sounds like a good set of goals. Good luck with that. What are your stats right now?
