    Let chris do the cutting

    Well hello there

I am in the situation where i have just finished colleage and having a WHOLE year off before going to University so i have decided why not dedicate this time to follwing my passion BODYBUILDING and follwing it FULLY down to every last detail.

Now to give you my stats

I am an 18 y.o Male situated in the South West of the United Kingdom

    7. Sun-30-40 mins of HIT cardio
    Diet

Meal 1- Oats with Protein shake + Multi Vit and EFA's

Meal 3- Chicken Breast w Brown Rice and Broccoli
Meal 4- Tuna w Sweet Potato
    Meal 5- Protein Shake
Meal 6- 6 egg whites and Broccoli

I am trying to take in most carbs during the morning then reduce and CUT OFF carbs after 6pm apart from on workout days when i will take in carbs after 6pm as my workout is at 7pm

right gym session went okay but it was hard to properly work out with all the heat it feels like your going to pass out

Bit of a bad day all round as i found out my girlfriend cheated on me so a night out on the town was in order **woops**

Which means nutrition has suffered today but it WILL be back on track by the end of the day
