    starting up

i worked out past 6 years str8 and hard havent past month and havent really worked out that hard since december. i finished 2 years of ball and i really only worked out since hs for ball. i didnt make any progress and i acutally degressed from last summer in my lifts up until my last workout last month. ive always been naturally strong that coupled with me killing myself and commiting myself fully to tryingt o be the best i could be on the football field gave me high numbers in all my lifts. freshamn year at 230 i was benching 400 and last year i got down too 205 and concentrated on speed and quickness and i was able to get 365 up easily probly lcouldve gotten 75 on good day. my squat actually went up from when i was a freshman though from 445 to 505. this past month i didnt go to the gym at all and ate anything i wanted. last night right before bed i actualyl had 2 big macs 2 crispy chickens supersized fries coke oreo mcflurry with fudge and 3 cookies mixed in and ive been eating like this all month. seriously. i feel like a skinny fat kid with no muscle. im starting up monday after a weekend in a/c of partying. im going to think of a routine tomaro or next day and post it. im getting alot of stuff from vitamin world and costco also. my goals are to devise a workout and diet which will lead to a overall healty lifestyle. ill post my new workout and diet tomaro or next day. talk soon...
