today was pull went alright and sorta light
rows: 135x5 135x8 135x8 wg pullups: bwx8 bwx8 bwx8 chinups: bwx8 bwx8 bwx8 did 2sets of lat pulldowns. then..... one arm preacher curls: 20x8 20x8 20x10 hammercurls(love these )20x8 20x8 20x10 then did a few rev./hammer/wrist curls supersetted. that was it. |
