Sumo Deads 4x3- 325, Deads have sucked lately, after my first working set I tried convential style and still wasn't going to move the weight I should be able to, all my other lifts have been increasing. , Straight Leg Dead 2x5-6, Bulgarian Squat 2x5, Single Leg Leg-press 2x5-6 -- Ab work 2xWeighted Sit-ups, 2xLeg Downs, 2xRev.
