I went to the doctor and he gave me some muscle relaxers and told me he expected that I would be recovered and back in the gym by next monday. I don't mind taking the week off actually. If it's not completely recovered by Monday I'll take a few extra days off. No big deal, but I don't think it's super serious. Just a pulled muscle. Unfortanately it's in the back, so that's hard to work around. |

Believe it or not I have just realized that all of the soreness is in the upper part of the glutes, and there is not really any back pain. So, I think I actually pulled my glute muscles very badly instead of the back. Well, hopefully that is better than a back injury...
