Lookin to pack on pounds
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Im 6'5 195 eating 3 meals a day as well as protein/meal replacements.I tried puttin a new routine together for the new year. I used the stickies as a guidline. Iv been liftin for a little over a year but partly at home and never with a real plan till recently. Lookin for help if theres any pointers, exercises i should add or drop. The first exercise of each day is 5x5 the rest are 866, dips/pullups are 3xmax. This is also the order i do my workout.
mon (chest) - Bench Press, Incline Dumbell Press, Dumbell Flys, butterfly, Dips tue (back) - Bent Barbell Rows, Seated Rows, Lat Pulldown, pullups, back machine Wed - Off Thurs (Legs) - Squats, Stiff leg deadlifts, lunges, Leg Curls and calf work Fri (delts, arms) - Military Press, cuban press, arnold press, skullcrushers, preacher curls |

So you are only eating 3 meals a day? You had better think that through. Check the stickies in the nutrition section!
