does anyone know where i can find on the internet that will help me set up a daily journal? i found one on bodybuilding.com a long time ago and now i cant find it. it lets you put how many exercises you are going to do plus todays dat the reps your body weight and so forth. so if anybody knows wher i could find something like that so i can print it off it would help
