    The scales my bitch!!!!!

After my last bout with the scale I said screw it. I'll step on the scale once a week and thats it. So I did so today and boom 239lb. Started five weeks ago at 257lb. I'm sure it will slow down, at this rate I am losing a little more than 4lb per week.

Also went in a hole on my belt.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Well of course I am sure you have heard 2lbs a week tops. Well if you are looking to keep lbm you need to try and slow that a bit. But I am not taking anything away from you congrats on the weight loss so far!

I agree I was told 1-3lb is where you want to be, and its actually better for lbm to lose weight over a prolonged period of time than all at once. I am shoot my b-day which is May 3rd. To be at 220lb, we shall see what happens. If I don't get there though, it certainly doesn't mean I quit. Just means that my new goal is x-mas to hit 200lb which is the overall goal.
