    Restless and ready to go

    Hello All,

    Okay, here's my story.

I'm 5'1" 130lbs. I'm an active and healthy mesamorph (is that the heavy frame?)

When I was at my ideal weight of 110 I felt like I was starving all the time. Back then, I was doing Hapkido 3x a week and weight training once. Since then I took off three months due to injuries.

Last month, I decided to kickstart my metabolism by running 50 miles in 3 weeks. Although that may not be a lot to some...it's a lot to me because I hate running.
Result: gained 2 lbs and lost NO fat although my diet didn't change. I was burning between 300-400kcals per session.

    This month:
I'm gonna weight-train and do 20 mins HIIT 3x a week. I'm gonna log my exercise and diet. If you care to give me constructive criticism...please do so!!!!!

Goal: Lose a healthy 10lbs by the end of the month
Plan: Weight train upper body and combine with HIIT 3x a week. No lower body lifting because my legs are already thick.

I REALLY hope to hear from you.
