I can only pull my fat ass up for about 10-12 reps. I do each rep from a hanging dead stop though.

For 5 days a week, I would go with your normal diet spread out over 5 or 6 meals/day. On days 7 and 8, I would load up on complex carbs.

If you look at my form in my bench shirt, you'll see that I bring the bar very low over my belly with my elbows tucked in to the sides. Without strong delts, my wrists would end up rolling forward and I would dump the bar on my belly. I had several incidents where I was dumping the bar on my belly. Ever since I started doing front overhead pressing, I haven't dumped the bar.

To give you an idea, here are the classification standards for the 165 weight class:

Men's Classifications:

Class 165

Elite 1580
Master 1450
Classs_I 1310
Class_II 1132
Class_III 995
Class_IV 868

You would need 575-430-575 to total Elite. I'm about 50 lbs away from Elite in my weight class

Obviously impressive, but that is considered to parallel in powerlifting? I thought the top of the thighs had to be parallel to the floor.
