    back to it, ffs

    suppose i should start writing what i been doing lol, started running the other day, just light casual jogging till i get tired then fast walking to recover, doing about 4-5 miles st the momment,

    whent to the gym today, and stated with 5 mins of fast walking to warm up,
    then,

    seated rear press
    50lb, 8 reps,
    60lb, 8 reps,
    70lb, 8 reps,
    75lb, 5 reps,
    70lb, 7 reps,

    barbell curls,
    50lb, 12 reps,
    60lb, 8 reps,
    70lb, 7 reps
    72.5lb, 6 reps for 2 sets,

    seated calf raises,
    45lb, 12 reps
    45lb, 30 reps,

    got destracted on first set, cant get more wieght on dam thing though ffs,

    crunches,
    2x30

    grips,
    160lb
    200lb
    then running maching for 1 mile to warm down,



    can some one me please need motivation

    lol

    whent for another run in the evening, didnt do that well, worst then the night before, felt like my legs were lead, , maybe its cause iom not use to it or because i did some on the running maching in the afternoon as well, , any helpfull lol
