hmm i really have to catch up.. though i am doing this EDT training. . . an exercise done in 15mins total.. many reps and sets as possible until the 15mins is over. . .the total reps depends IF i will add weight the next session.. for example: since my focus is volume.. so i target 50 reps in 15mins.. thats the minimum.. i did 61reps in my last squat @ 150lbs
so i have to add 10lbs to make it 160 and try to get 50 reps or more in the same 15mins. time frame. . . |
