Ben16v getting back in shape plan - advice welcome!!

    hey people

its about time i sorted my journal out

i started training again 15th january 2007 when i had been lazy for at least 2 years in which time i`d easily put on 2 stone of lard and lost all the muscle i had

so from reading on here i decided to start the P/RR/S programme

i successfully carried out the 9 weeks (which i wont list them all - just some main ones) and found it very enjoyable i think due to the variety it brings

my goals were just to get back in shape and wasnt really eating properly or taking any form of protein etc

1st power week (oh and i work in KG`s)

    flat DB press 32.5/6 x3
    DL 80/6 x3
    squat 80/6 x3

worked well through the RR and S weeks but i`ll just list the power to get a comparision

    2nd

    flat DB press 40/6 x3
    DL 80/6 x3
    squat 80/6 x3

    3rd

    flt DB press 45/6 x3
    DL 120/6 x2 140/4
    squat 100/6 x3

so as you can see some good progress there>

the second series of P/RR/S (started 23rd april 2007) i found on here (thanks whoever i stole it from) and i`ll attach on the bottom so please give any advice/criticisms etc

i`ve done the first 3 weeks (P/RR/S) started the 2nd lot and am currently halfway through RR with back tomorrow.

have been taking Maximuscle progain and promass as i had some left over from before, Met-Rx creatine mono, multivitamins and flax oil capsules, i`ve just ordered some Met-rx Supreme whey and trying to eat 5-6 small meals consiting of chicken, mackerel, pilchards with smaller amounts of carbs.

phew, hopefully my next posts wont waffle on like this one, but i`ll start logging my training routines from next monday which will be Shock week

    cheers

    ben
