Well, in a few months ill be at my 1 year mark since I started training more seriously. I think ive made some decent improvements. I started at around a bodyweight of 190 with some extra fat on me. First time I put on weight I did it wrong and got up to around 220 and had extra fat on me so I cut all the way back to 190, leaner than before. Im just under 200 now slowly putting on weight this time.

My best lifts to date are:
Squat: 1x335
Rack dead from just below knee: 1x405
Bench: 1x230

Well, I stopped conv. deads since I just cant get my form right and will stick to things like rack deads, trap bar deads... etc. I know my rack dead and bench are a bit higher now but havent tested since I started westside. Ill do some singles soon. My squat is progressing nicely and I just seem built to squat it feels like. My maxes are all atleast parallel, (I have some videos ill have to put up later).

Workouts will look something like:
ME Bench
ME Deads/Squats
RE/DE Bench
RE/DE Deads/Squats

Didnt bother listing my rest days since they usually change due to schedule, sometimes ill do a mon/tues thurs/fri setup if im feelin good and sometimes an extra day of rest in there.
