    Bigb's journal..

whats up everyone... im MJHs boy , and decided to get in the spirit of things and post my journal...After lifting for years, i feel like ive found my style that works best, so to speak ... i like lifting for higher volume and good form, seems to work best for me, i have a long, lanky physique so max lifting even with good form really just caused me joint problems more than anything ... My stats just turned 22, 6'3 212lbs im guessing around 11-12% BF ,, I was following a real strict cutting diet and just trying to go for the underwear model physique than the lifting physique lol, but honestly i cant keep my cals under 3k a day... just too miserable, im talking i went 4 weeks with not a single cheat meal... i try and keep the same diet everyday which is

    meal1...10 eggwhite omellete
4 pouches of cream of wheat or 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal mixed with water
2 tbs spoon of Tostito sauce.
    4g of fish oil.
    multivitamin/mineral

    2. 250g of SP or BR.
225G of any white fish or chicken.

    3 same as 2.
    4G OF FISH OILS

    4 .same as 2.

    5. 300g of fish or chicken
    100g of SP.

have a shake before bed ,preferably CASEIN..
Honestly though, ive been deviating from this and i think thats why my cutting progress has halted o well.

Training... Like i said normally high volume and an attention to form I dont have a set schedule... when i feel good i lift when im tired i rest.. so normally i lift 4-5 times a week. My split typically looks like this

    1- Chest/ Back (heavy)
    2- legs
    3- Upper chest/shuolders /back (lighter)
    4- arms

And here were some pics froma few months ago

Fuck, how do i resize pics ??? lol
