Hello all! This is my first post here. I'm a 25 year old 5'11" male from the UK and I've lifted on and off for the last few years but never stuck it for any length of time. This past year I have become particularly lazy and haven't really done much of anything but eat badly and drink too much beer and pick up a hand injury which gave me an excuse to stop the little exercise I was doing. At xmas this year I nearly hit 200lbs which is the heaviest I've ever been by a long shot and so I decided serious work is now needed. I've started a little blog which contains my training diary, rough guide to my diet and weekly photos. Hopefully it will motivate me to keep it up. My goals are to gain muscle and eventually loose fat. Not too bothered about removing the gut over night as I know It will go easier as I get fitter. Trying to make this a long term project but I wanna see how extreme I can go over the next 3 months.
Feel free to look, poke fun, encourage, advise or whatever. Thanks for looking!
Just a quick note to get this thread up and into the now. Photos are now up for the end of week 7. I can't wait to get away on holiday on Friday for a bit of a break. Click the photos link on the right of the blog page (use the link at top of thread)
