Ok Hey, I finally posted some pics, not great I hate my picture being taken but oh well. Getting over broncitis time to get back to it!!!! I only trained 2 days this week Tues. and Thurs.
Might do some running or biking in the morning tomorrow. I am still coughing some so that tells me the infection is still there. Still havent had a cigarette either!!!! Anyone have some good workouts for some light wieghts? Have to work with what I have for now, eventually I will get a membership.
