Over Broncitis Back To IT!!!

Ok Hey, I finally posted some pics, not great I hate my picture being taken but oh well. Getting over broncitis time to get back to it!!!! I only trained 2 days this week Tues. and Thurs.

Might do some running or biking in the morning tomorrow. I am still coughing some so that tells me the infection is still there. Still havent had a cigarette either!!!! Anyone have some good workouts for some light wieghts? Have to work with what I have for now, eventually I will get a membership.

Thanks ive been here for a little while, been reading alot very informative. Thanks for the welcome been trying to keep motivated while having this bout of broncitis is not easy. Check out my journal any tips appreciated
