Sorry to hear about the show being postponed... Kinda sucks. I am learning on how you guys time everything out. You definitely have my utmost (sp?)respect for your discipline!

The Bent Over Rear Laterals are hard to explain, similar to a row, except your arms are Out and on the same plane as your shoulders w/the elbows leading, hope that clears it up, REALLY hits your rear delts!!! |
