[b]Chest[b] [b]DB Press[b] 60's - 8 75's - 8 85's - 8 Incline Flyes 30's - 3x8 Skullcrushers 55 - 8 60 - 8 60 - 8 Wooh! Finally a rest day tomorrow. ![]()
