    Shoulders and Traps

    I just started Rest Pause sets so I'm still trying to get used to the right amount of weight.

    Seated Dumbell Press
    85 x10x6x3

    Lateral Raises
    40 x10x7x4

    Reverse Pec Deck
    200 x10x5x2

    Dumbell Shrugs
    130 x15x10x7
