Weight Loss
I am someone who just recently started making some much need lifestyle changes. I have changed my diet and began excercising. I have a clean diet and I excercise everyday. It has been 2 months and I have lost 31.5 pounds. I recently starting adding protein shakes to my diet. I have 2 of them a day. I do cardio and abs everyday (except on Sunday, family time I do nothing). I do the weight machines Monday, Wed and train with a trainer on Friday's. I just wonder if anyone has any advice for me, being a person who is (as much as I hate to say it) obese.
