Back from a two year break, time to log my work outs again. I took P-funk's advice and made my work much simplier.
Starting weight 145 pounds. Goal 180 pounds. Doing a basic upper lower split right now until I get a few months of training under my belt.

DB bench 45x6 45x5 40x7
Cable rows 55x7 50x6 50x6
Cable flies 40x9
Ran unknown distance up the street, not that far.
