Secret Diary of a Call Girl
Now that I have your attention, I am going to start a journal listing what I've done and eaten everyday. Yes, I realise the joke thread will wear out but hopefully it'll still have some humour in being stupid.
Monthly Stats For April: 175lb 14% bf Bench 8 rep - 145lb Squat 8 rep - 150lb Deadlift 8 rep - 165lb Tuesday 21st April 2009 Breakfast 7:26: 650g Oat Porridge Lunch 12:30: 2 Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, A pear, 2 chocolate digestive biscuits Afternoon Snack 14:05: 1 Ham & Cheese Sandwich, 300g box of Strawberries Hometime 16:30: MRP Shake Pre-Karate snack 17:50: 2 Eggs, 60g Pasta, 50g Spicy Beans in sauce, 200ml glass of milk Dinner 23:00: 400g Pasta, 300g Mince meat, 30g Cheese, 200ml glass of milk Calories:4,462 Fat: 135.7 Carbs: 583.6 Protein: 237.4 Noteable exercise/workouts done: Karate 19:10 - 22:00 My thoughts?? Fuck too much carbs. At first I thought I got nowhere near enough protein, but that seems alright because I'm taking a week off training, so protein usually higher. Too much carbs for a cycle break. Fat is alright. Not so good day at the office, hoping to improve it for next time. And the calories omg my maintenance is 3200. I need to cut down carbs. However hopefully I burned off most of those carbs doing karate, as I was sweating for most of it.
Cheat on your girlfriend, not on your meal.
