Just Starting
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping that by posting I can remain focused and achieve consistency in my conviction to improve my body. I will be seeking easy to maintain eating plans and exercise regiments to incorporate into my daily life. I'm a dedicated professional with little time for myself. I look forward to reading your threads and posting my progress. Thank you. |

Welcome!
Starting a training/nutrition journal is one of the best things i ever did for my progress. If you don't know what you've done, its impossible to identify what you're doing right or what you're doing wrong, or even whether you're improving or not!
