OMG that guy has the whole series of lifts butchered.
Probably gets more of a workout carrying the plates to bar than actually doing the movement.

Jeez that was dangerous.

While his squats are awful and stupid, I am amazed that he can shoulder that weight on his back and walk it out!

Looks like someone is begging for knee, back and shoulder problems if he keeps it up huh?

Hahaha, he couldn't even get back to the rack. He took a step then everything just gave out, the only reason he racked the weight was from the bit of forward momentum and the staggered set up of the rack.

I would suggest to be more parallel to the ground while rowing, but otherwise a good effort!

His 720 leg press is more pathetic, he gets a hell of a good triceps workout I suppose......

YouTube Video

I really don't expect much more than this from a baseball player though. I remember in HS during Spring Training for Football we had to share the gym with the baseball guys and it seemed like every day was max day for them. They would try to see how many 45's they could fit on the bar and still be able to unrack it. Our def. coach would come in and be like, "you boys wanna see what it takes to actually lift that weight?" Then he'd lay down pop out a couple reps and then tell them to go play on the machines so the real athletes could get a workout in..... He hated the baseball and soccer guys.....

I've seen guys like that. It really didn't surprise me when they said they were heavy steroid users - never learned proper form. One of the guys has a nice square cut jaw, huge chest and shoulders and stick legs, he was real funny when he was doing some of his very heavy lat raises.
