I think it's pretty normal for an approval rating to drop a bit once you get elected. Once the hype has died down and the speech making turn into focusing on deliverable promises rather than campaign sabre rattling, reality starts to set in.

It's early days yet, he hasn't made any glaring errors at least, which is something worth being grateful for!

c'mon busy. when stuff is cut and pasted like that you can't pay any attention to it. you would say the same thing if it was coming from the other side.

i don't like things just getting pushed through, and i certainly don't like this healthcare nonsense obama is pushing, but lets leave the sound bites away.

The part I was focused on was the part where Obama is bitching about pushing legislation through without reading it. Sure both sides do it. Just pointing out that Obama is nothing more than a typical politician.

No need for the suspense, The senate is not going to hurry to pass health care reform before their break.

Shiite's more than likely to never pass. And what the phuq, it's not like we have two wars and a damn near financial collapse to worry about!

There seems to be no worries in Washington.

Not to mention bogus statistics to put out. I like how now all of a sudden all of these companies are "Beating the Street" and no one ever thought to consider that this wasn't because of some innovative new policies at these companies, but the fact they had billions to play with and Wall Street estimated them to do very poorly anyway.

Yeah, but those innovative policies were figuring out a way of robbing the masses blind and getting away with it.

And then get a million dollar phuquin bonus!
