Do then top pro bodybuilders shave or get waxed before a competiton? They seem to have very little hair on their bodies for the amount of protein they take in?

You know what i've always thought....

Japanese women are so sexy somtimes but they always got hairy clunges. And not like trimmed hairy. Like bigfoot hairy! WHY??!!!! Must be all that fish I guess....

Protein is found in most of the aforementioned animal source foods, particularly meats, fish, milk, cheese, eggs and yogurt. There is no need for a person eating the average Western diet to eat additional protein. Too much protein, even though hair is made of protein, will not improve hair growth and may cause other health problems.

What difference does it make any way?
If you know your Irish history you would know that the Irish weren't exactly thought much of....in fact the Irish were treated worse than blacks at times.
Do a little research on blacks and Irish.

From what I hear Irish people are loved in America.Sure at least a third of all Americans are of Irish decent.And I know their are blacks all over the world but the majority of people living in The Bronx and the poor parts surrounding New York are BLACK

Some parts of the Bronx you have Spanish, Black, Whites and Asians.

We have our fair share of poor people of all colors.
Some neighborhoods are still rough from years past (South Bronx) but there are parts where you wouldn't even know your in the Bronx.

Go to Wakefield or the Yonkers and all you see are Irish walking all over the place.
