Nasm Vs Issa
I have been looking into both of these programs to get my PT certificate. From what I have noticed from Lifetime and Gold's trainers is that the majority of them have the NASM certificate. Is NASM the best route to take or is ISSA just not well represented where I live? Should I look deeper into any others like ACE?
