My Musclemag International Article

Hey everyone. Just letting all of my friends here know that my article, "LEG DAY, TO BE OR NOT TO BE?" is now on newsstands in the November issue of Musclemag International Magazine. I am getting alot of great feedback on it and am hoping that one day I will have a regular column with MMI. If any of you get a chance to read it, let me know what you think. And if you have the time, and liked the article, feel free to send a note or email to MMI to say how much you enjoyed the it!

Soon I will be writing an article on fellow Ironmag
member...VENUS...and her rise to fitness stardom!

They really seemed to like the "real life" approach I used in my first article. They felt it was motivational, humorous, educational, and very relatable. I am personally sick and tired of the basic...do 4 sets of this and 3 sets of that kinda stuff, which is why I am taking a different approach.

That said, I am really going to try and explore all things related to fitness. Most will come from my experience, with some science thrown in where I think it is appropriate.
