Whats a good place to buy a belt and chain. One you hang weight around your waist with.

"A child does not learn to squat from the top down -- in other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and makes the conscious decision to stand." - Gray Cook

Dick's Sports and Sport's Authority, which ever you have in your town.

Ironmind.com may have some. There shit is 100% legit (likely more expensive). I have a lot of stuff by them and it has never let me down.

Seconding IronMind. Everything they do is the absolute best quality. You pay a little more, but your body will fall apart before the gear does.

problem is you pay for shipping. I went to Sports Authority and found a nylon belt with a chain. I used nylon because you can clean it with a cleaning agent; not the case with the leather ones. Still, I bought a year ago and I tear it up when chinning and dipping. It gets a lot of wear and tear, but it has lasted. Plus it only cost 25 beans.
