I was blown away. None of the usual James Cameron clunky dialogue made it in. I saw it in 3D-Imax. Definitely check it out. Best line in the movie: "We killed our mother."

I have a good cam rip of it, but will see it in the theatre also very soon.

A good film but very over rated. The story/plot was nothing new, and the mimicking of several cultures and animals ( as in the aliens and alien animals) I found to be uncreative and a bit annoying.

this movie was going to be overrated regardless of how it turned out.

from the onset it was blatantly apparent that they were putting mass amounts of money into promoting the movie because the film itself was a disaster; in my opinion, a colossal one.

    Disagreed 100%.

It DID have a bunch of "clunky" dialogue. A lot.

Oh. I just noticed you said 3-D IMAX. I saw it in regular 3-D.

Seeing it in regular 3-D is......mmmmm I dont know. Maybe its not worth the price. I mean, its only a couple extra bucks. However, I want blown away at ANY point with 3d. Not one bit.

The movie though? Yeah. Its good. But I wouldnt see it again in theaters.

The effects look good, and I will see it, but I am not expecting much.

I've heard from a few people that IMAX is the way to go.

If the Best Line is "We killed our mother", then I'll pass thank you....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
