Lightly saute'ed Sesame Chicken breast served over organic mixed greens with red onions, roma tomatoes, and mandarin oranges.

I have learned to gear the menu torwards my current diet regimen...this way I can convert the leftovers. Chicken breasts and Salmon forever.
