Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I used to pay the beggars, bums and wino near my old job $1 per 20 cig butts they picked up in our lot and the park nearby or $2 per bag of trash they collected... They used to come by all the time spend a little under an hour keeping things clean and make 5-10 dollars...

The government should start some kind of program like that (if they could do it without somehow fucking it up). It would give the bums something to do and instead of states paying millions of dollars money on city cleanup, they could just spend a few thousand paying some bums to do it, and all the convicts can still clean up the highways.
