    Judas Priest!!!!

    Any other fans?

Priest is my fav metal band. Fav album is Hell Bent for Leather/Killing Machine. I saw them in July 2008, and was in damn near tears. They are the true metal gods.

Who else loves them? Gaz, I know you do!

Best concert I ever saw, Judas and Maiden!!

Green manalishi, Electric eye, Hell bent for leather. Classic shit!
And both bands were better live than recorded.

Back in the stone age music was stored on these things called albums. They were made out of vinyl and you'd put a diamond needle on them which would run in a groove picking up vibrations and transmitting the music through your speakers. I played British Steel so much the diamond needle actually wore out the album.

Nothing truer has ever been said.

I catch Judas every time I can. Finally got to see Maiden a couple years ago. I've seen all the Metal Gods. These two invented NWBHM. Halford is my all time favorite lyricists.

Seeing JP open for Black Sabbath at Ozzfest a few years ago was killer.
Now, I need to quit missing Testament. They are the last on my A list.

Hey, I remember those things! I also remember the headphones I used to wear so my folks wouldn't kick me out of the house...you know, those 6" diameter padded muffs that made you look like a flightline guy? I'm surprised I didn't have substantial hearing loss.

Ah, the videos...back in the day, when bands actually played their own intstruments and sang at the same time....amazing!

I love Judas Priest. (Haven't listened to them in a while.)

I bought my first Judas Priest album in 1982. "Screaming for Vengence?"

I like the follow up, and then got into the older stuff.

    Good heavy metal.

I caught half of Testament's set as they opened for Priest when I saw them in 2008. I didn't care because at the time I didn't know them. Then, a month later I was curious and bought "The Legacy" and "Practice What You Preach" (my all-time fav metal album). Now, I love them! I so regret not seeing all of their set.

I believe this time I am hallucinating, 5 years this guys been MIO(missing in oblivion) and now he shows up taking pop shots at the elderly.....

Whhhaaaaazzzz Up IT, you know crono and tit broke up biggest news since you been gone...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

LMAO, hey Manic. Good to see familiar faces. And what better way to be back here than taking cheap shots at Pops?
And actually I was wondering how they were doing. Glad I caught up of 5 years MIO in one sentence.
