Where are you in relation to where the tsunami is expected to hit?

siiiiiike
Just waiting to see how many fools try to paddle out and ride this tsunami....
Reports say it should only be 3ft...
what am I doing up at 3:50am? Because I had a nightmare that I had to evacuate with my six dogs on a city bus...that's the worst nightmare I ever had....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Forget that hypothetical crap. Watch the documentary Tsunami Caught on Camera. It's about the tsunami of 2004. I have to warn you, it's a tough movie to watch.
Part 1
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
Although this stuff is freaky as hell, I find it incredibly interesting. I guess that's the geologist in me.
This is Part 3 of 5 from a documentary they did on the Discovery Channel about mega tsunamis. If you want to see parts 1, 2, 4, and 5 go to youtube and type in "Mega Tsunami - Discovery Channel." It also talk about one that happened in Alaska that they claimed reached heights of 1000+ ft, but that was due to the narrow bay it happened in.
Either way, here's something to think about...
