Some good advice on here already,.....

If you want even more info within the Special operations community, this ite has alot of info for those wanting to go in, and wondering about the harsh physical requirements depending on how high up the ladder you are willing to take it. There are many vets on here new and old.... Just search..

Bah, it's your turn, how would YOU cycle them in. Think about it logically, come up with a plan and I'll tell you if I agree and why.

Should I hit push ups on chest days in sets and pull ups on back days and chins on bicep days and crunches every other day?

I just thought I should be doing more of these.

Yep, that's the way I'd do it.

As far as doing more, I can't tell you that. You're going to have to listen to your body. Like I said in previous posts, if you're getting stronger, great. But if you find yourself getting weaker, back off. You're doing too much.

I did experience that I was not able to do as many push ups as I was a week ago. I figured it was from not eating enough.

Yeah, definitely wear some old clothes you don't mind never seeing again, they lost mine and another kid got his shirt ripped off his body cause it had a marijuana leaf the Indoc DI's will try to scare the shit out of you to weed out the pussies, they'll yell and frighten you and then give you a last chance to back out with no consequences.....I was awake for 36 hours straight after 8 hours of airport time when I got there, felt like a piece of meat being processed in a giant factory shaved, drained, prodded, marinated and cooked....I saw kid's breaking down crying, my own mind started to falter "What am I doing here, is this the right choice, is every day going to be this horrible, I'm standing barefoot in my underwear in a line for 4 hours falling asleep on my toes, guys passing out left and right when does this shit end?"
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Yes, I know it is going to be the toughest thing I have done so far with my life, but I know it will pay off in the end. It's three months to decide the rest of my life. I will hang in there.
