My gf had to have that bullshet thing, and all these accessories for it.. I paid she hoola hooped on it for a week now its in the corner...

Has anyone ever tried it. I have and I enjoy it. It has alot of good things to do. I know it isn't the traditional lift the weights but the yoga poses are great and the balance games are fun. I think that is my worst area is the balance. I also think that might be the problem with my knee and squats. It is better than the original Wii Fit as you can make your own routine and it will be consecutive. I do it every morning before I hit the weights even though I have taken this week off to recover.
Let me know what you think about it.

my wife likes it.
I'm sure if used how instructed with a good diet it would work but so would jump roping daily. It is something to help keep women motivated ,and for the most part it works. My GF is on the dance team in college and only wanted it when everyone else had one.. When everyone else stopped so did she. It sits in my corner with about 50 dollars in accessories
