people aren't scared enough of punishment in this country. i think we need to start getting creative. these men should be strapped down and have their assholes smeared with the scent from cows in heat and then some big ass rodeo bulls should be let loose upon them. or their genitals smeared with dog food and hungry hyenas and vultures let to feed upon them. at the very least their cocks and balls need to be removed, their teeth pulled and arms cut off then they should be sex slaves in prison for the rest of their lives.

Same here in Canada. My mom was a nurse at a jail and most of the guys thought it was a joke. They would get let out, do something, get back in and happily say, "Hi nurse, it's great to be home."

I saw this show about maximum security prisons and the cells were nicer and cleaner than some hospital rooms I've seen...I had worse sleeping arrangements on a Navy ship, my mattress was 1.5" thick, all my worldly possessions had to fit in the 6" x 6' x 3' compartment underneath...I think it's a damn shame that men who are violent murderers, rapists, etc live better than those men who have volunteered to risk their lives to defend our nation, even these assholes living comfortably on tax dollars in their plush little cells....

there is a VAST difference between exacting punishment and the reasons FOR that punishment... pacifists make nice soup, nice dinner for the criminal. it's a society that will stand up and slay you for preying on the innocent that will maybe stand a chance to be free of this shit.

being incarcerated is bullshit for a lot of criminals. why the fuck should i pay to feed, house n bathe some human shit stain that raped a kid? if i ran the show our prisons would be way emptier. only people who were safe to have among the rest of society would ever see the light of day again. bullets are cheap housing prisoners is not. you want to breath then just fucking behave yourself. how simple is that? people do this heinous bullshit because our punishment system is a joke. most people in prison go there over n over again. yea harsh my ass if it was so harsh why do they go back? not harsh enough by a long shot... or a shot behind the ear.

There's gotta be a reason why the crime rate in countries like China is a helluva lot lower than it is here in the states. Not sayin' we need to execute people for dealing drugs or robbing a convenient store like they do over there, but if the sick fucks of the world believed that committing a heinous act, like raping a kid, was basically suicide, they might think twice.

Werd! Not to mention the fact that the local police chief has an interest in getting the case done and swept under the rug so he can keep his job. If you're innocent, it's pretty much on you to prove it. Even then, you're still pretty much fucked unless you're related to someone important.

If you can't afford an attorney, someone will be appointed (who may not try all that hard or invest much time in your case).

Fear is one of the few languages that's actually universal. If some guy robs a liquor store and gets hung up by his balls with barbed wire for it, he's probably going to think twice about it before doing it again.
A couple months in a jail cell being fed, clothed, watching tv, playing video games, cards, and being allowed to socialize with other criminals? It's like a fucking day care center for the people who do bad things, and all it does is teach them how to better commit worse crimes, not how to stop.

When somebody does something worthy of jail time, one or more innocent members of society has already paid for that persons crimes. Weather it's with a broken jaw or a dead child, so why should the rest of us have to pay for it too by taking care of the asshole that did it?

Two or three people have been convicted of murder in the past two years here. None of them got life sentences. They got 15-20. I know that's a long time, but not long enough for taking the life of a mother with two young kids. So when they send someone like that to jail for any amount of time, they're not just punishing that one person, they're punishing us all by saying "Here, now pay to keep this sack of shit alive, and know that when he gets out he might kill again"


It's a shame that we no longer live in the days where you could go clean up the streets with a gun because sadly that's what's needed.

These guys don't care about going to prison, all of there homies are there.
