    What the fuck......

It's no secret that the electric cars failure is greatly attributed to it's price, what the hell makes them think this is any better? Especially when people are already modifying their own vehicles to run on water or vegetable oil for much cheaper.

Compared to past scientific attempts at creating such a thing, this would be a feat of marvel at this cost.

Just ride a bike. ( spend about $300 dollars for a pair of good LED helmut and handle bar night lights and a cateye CD taillight) and you can ride day or night like I do and get your ass in shape.

Which will help when you need to go grocery shopping or picking the kids up from daycare.

Hydrogen cells are a good idea in theory, but they are very expensive to produce. GM has had one in the works for years, and it functions perfectly, but they haven't released it for the public due to cost prohibition. They simply haven't found a way to get it cheap enough for the average family.

The only benefits to Hydrogen fuel cells is lightweight energy storage, but the conversion of the stored power takes expensive highly sensitive cells....the fact that anyone will be able to make their own fuel in their backyard with several gallons of pure water and an electrolyzer(solar panels) makes it awesome, plus your exhaust comes out as pure water so you capture that and go home dump it back into your container....

But it's all supply and demand, the more people buy them the less they'll cost.... Look at solar 7 years ago panels were twice what they cost now because they are very popular and the Chinermen have flooded the market with CHEAP ones, making the supply off the charts, many put their faith in that crap but enough people stiill want the quality and now they get them for a much lower cost.....

I think also the longevity of a hydrogen car might make it worth owning, no gunky build-up or added impurities making more friction wearing the moving parts out.... plus one I saw had a slidng steering column with gas and brake on the wheel so you could hand off the wheel to the middle seat or far right passengers without swapping seats.....

$50,000 is a very reasonable price by the way....much better than nearly $100,000 for the Tesla Roadster all electric car.....

Riding my bike is a great idea. I could do a 5 hour ride to work every day, put in my 10 hour shift, ride home and still get 4 hours of sleep before doing it again the next day. That should work well, especially in the 115 degree summers.
