Fantastic home gym?
was wondering anyone have the experience with this Gold's Gym XR45 Home Gym ? i have a great weight-losing plan. i wanna lose weight in a very short of period say i month. plus, i am tired of outdoor sports. so, a decent home gym is essential. kinda love this stuff. but i am not sure is it easy to use. What do you folks think? Any better options for around the same money or less?
