Bam Margera
Bam Margera is recovering after police say he was hit in the head with a baseball bat near the suburban Philadelphia nightclub he owns.
The 30-year-old professional skateboarder made famous by MTV shows Jackass and Viva La Bam was treated at a hospital and released after the June 12 incident at The Note, his club in his hometown of West Chester.
Police say 59-year-old Elizabeth Ray is charged with aggravated assault and related counts. Ray lives near the club. She told the Philadelphia Daily News that she is innocent.
Margera's mother, April, told the paper that her son had a concussion and a lump on his head, but was cleared to fly by doctors and would continue working on the set of Jackass 3D, an upcoming film.

That's my hometown and I was just there for the past couple of weeks. Aparently she lived right behind his bar and hated all the noise. She kept filing police reports against him and the club but, they were well within the law and obeying all the rules. From what I was told, Bam even went to her quite a few times to see if he could make things right but she always flew into screaming fits. On this occasion it seem she snapped and snuck up behind him and cold cocked him. I don't remember all the details but, it's reported to be an air tight case against her. Loony bitch. Fry her ass so Bam can buy her house and expand his bar.
