May I ask, how much principle are you paying down on each of these?
I'm not too sure. I know that I pay a little more than the minimum every month though.

You gotta get rid of that credit card debt. How much are you making a month and how what do your bills amount too? Figure that out first. Watch what you spend. 10$ here 20$ there adds up. I know you like to go out and booze. That shit costs money.

Again, you need to figure out how much money you should have at the end of every month. Start getting that debt paid down. Credit cards first then your uncle. The student loans are probably a low interest rate so don't worry about them for now. Work on that first. I don't know what your goals in life are but either way, it's always good to be debt free.

They say they have no money for basics, but then when an unprecedented sum of money comes to them, they spend it on luxury items. If they have surplus money (money beyond paying for rent and food), they just spend it instantly. They say they live paycheck to paycheck, but they do it to themselves.
This is me 100%. I live in the same house with the same cars, and the same bills as I did when I was in the Army making 18k a year. Last year I made 120k and havent made less than 85k in 4-5 years. My checking account is currently negative 8 bucks. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with me. I just buy every damned thing that I want. I have 3 Harleys, despite not being able to figure out how to ride more than 1 at a time. I have awesome toys, yet I struggled with the light bill last month. I have no debt, but will blow through 2 grand on a good weekend.

I have got to get it together.

It might take several years at this rate.

I know it's hard to whittle down debt.

I know many people with debts in the US. Many of my friends just hit 40 and they will never see the light of day. Meaning, they'll probably die with their debts.

As incomes have been declining for forty, beginning in 1970, per capita (individual) debt has risen enormously.

    And saving have declined.

Add the slow economy (that is still getting worse) and tens of millions may in the debt quagmire for life.
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.
